This is Pyradigm's Change Delivery Solution. The pinnacle of the Pyramid can be viewed as the Apex of Excellence. You will find that, in having an uncoordinated approach to each of the four services represented by the "corners stones", most of these initiatives will not come near this apex of excellence. You will also find that coupling the four "corner stones" with the solid base of Pyradigm's Business Strategy service, a very solid foundation will be formed which will enable not just a successful change initiative implementation, but an excelling one.

On the other hand, Pyradigm Consulting's expertise and services can also be deployed piece-meal, for example you may already have a team of Business Analysts and just require the service of an individual Pyradigm Project Management Consultant who can work with your Business Analysts and other organization resources. This is something Pyradigm are also set-up to provide and you will find each of our consultants highly proficient in quickly understanding a given situation and will be able to "hit the ground running" even with a new team around them. However, in this scenario, we do highly recommend you allow our Business Strategy team to at least conduct a short independent review of your strategy and how the initiative that our consultants will be working on fits within that context.
