Pyradigm consultants' insights and research has shown us that the methods of project delivery used in construction into can be grouped into four primary categories:

Within each category there are optional variations, which may be preferred by the client or may be more appropriate depending on the type of project. Each method of construction delivery has advantages and limitations, which vary according to the type and conditions of the project.
